G'day Mates

Hi, First post on this great site and looking forward to building a larger penis. I have one question

I’m quite overweight, I drink an incredible amount and I suffer great Anxiety/Depression. I understand that My current lifestyle isn’t the best but I’m changing myself in a awesome way. Should I concentrate on PE, or losing weight.

Length: BPSL 18cm. BPEL 16.5cm.
Width: 11cm
Goals: 20cm BPEL. 15cm width.

Welcome to Thunder’s!

I don’t know why you can’t work on both at the same time.

Do you have an understanding of how to accurately measure your penis? BPEL is not impacted by weight loss, but NBPEL is. The quickest way to gain insertable length is to lose weight, which can reduce the pubic fat pad.

How to Measure Your Penis

Initial benefits of PE include conditioning your penis so you can expand your PE activity (quantity and frequency) and can also improve your EQ.

If your EQ has been suffering some you can also get a little bump in size from EQ improvement.

A good place to start is in this forum linked below. Lots of good information for you to review there. Read the warning to newbies and then the newbie starting program.

Penis Enlargement Basics

If you have any questions, try the search function. Most likely any questions you have others have previously asked them.

Good luck!

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Hey MrPopo!

Welcome to Thunders

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here forum START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Info Lots of good information on what Thunders is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

As you lose weight your cock will look bigger due to a smaller fat pad. You’ll technically be the same size, but it’ll look way bigger/better in the mirror to you and any partner would agree. It’s a 2 for 1!

My vote goes with weight loss alone or weight loss + PE, purely because newbie gains are super encouraging and make you feel fantastic! It might be the bump you need. Still, I’d say a starting focus on weight loss would be best (and maybe the drinking at the risk of sounding a little too preachy?)

Depression is a horrible affliction and I wish you the very best.

Thanks mates for your words of encouragement.

Do both.

Improving your cardiovascular health will improve your erections and ability to grow.

Do both but focus on losing weight. If you look and feel good you will feel better and more confident even without a bigger penis.

I would concentrate on dialing healthy habits first and only after start the PE program with the newbie routine.

Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

Thanks guys for the advice. I already have been off the drink for a week now and have started walking about 5-6 km a day in that time. I just wanted to check if it’s worth going for gain’s whilst I’m overweight.

That’s the point, chances of injury increase, I made a comparison with a mini van and a sport car, that’s what PE is about, taking it to the limit, that’s why we see so many guys backing away from PE or getting injuries. Set priorities, and size itself shouldn’t be a concern now, surely do your PE routine along with everything else, I mean what’s left of your energy after a full day would be great to spend on a nice PE session

Welcome to TP!

You’re off to a great start with your daily walks.
Add some push ups and squats to the walk and you’ll start a whole body transformation without feeling like you’re trying.

Over the last couple of years, with diet (low-carb ketogenic diet), fasting, and daily hour long walks like yours with 3 sets of push ups, pull ups, and squats(limited by hernia surgery and recovery)interspersed, I have lost and kept off 80lb of fat while adding lean muscle.

As far as PE, there is no reason why you can’t start the newbie routine right now. You really should only do the newbie routine for at least 6 months before trying anything more advanced. This gives you the opportunity and practice to really learn your own unique physiology and how your penis reacts to various stresses. This is the most important skill to learn in PE. If you go too fast or too hard, you WILL injure yourself, which will set you back a couple of months if you’re lucky, or result in permanent issues if your are not so lucky.
I suggest starting your PE workouts or doing them entirely in the shower. This allows you to warm up the tissues, and keep them warm. Heat is very important in PE.

I wish you luck in your weight loss and PE journey
