Welcome to TP!
You’re off to a great start with your daily walks.
Add some push ups and squats to the walk and you’ll start a whole body transformation without feeling like you’re trying.
Over the last couple of years, with diet (low-carb ketogenic diet), fasting, and daily hour long walks like yours with 3 sets of push ups, pull ups, and squats(limited by hernia surgery and recovery)interspersed, I have lost and kept off 80lb of fat while adding lean muscle.
As far as PE, there is no reason why you can’t start the newbie routine right now. You really should only do the newbie routine for at least 6 months before trying anything more advanced. This gives you the opportunity and practice to really learn your own unique physiology and how your penis reacts to various stresses. This is the most important skill to learn in PE. If you go too fast or too hard, you WILL injure yourself, which will set you back a couple of months if you’re lucky, or result in permanent issues if your are not so lucky.
I suggest starting your PE workouts or doing them entirely in the shower. This allows you to warm up the tissues, and keep them warm. Heat is very important in PE.
I wish you luck in your weight loss and PE journey
