General Clamping Question
For the past three years I have focused mainly on length by hanging as well as extending. Recently, I started learning about clamping and have been thinking about adding it into my workouts. I have searched on the forum boards for a good amount of information. I do have one question though that I haven’t found within a post. I normally hang for an hr, so I do 3 sets at 20 mins a piece. In-between each set, I normally jelq for 3 mins to get fresh blood back into my penis. I have been doing this for the entire three years that I have been hanging. I would like to know, do I still need a newbie Jelqing routine or should I just start clamping? If so, this was my idea of the clamping routine I would consider:
3x 5 minute sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
After four weeks, I would make it 3x 8min sessions. Not changing the days.
After an additional four weeks 3x 10min sessions.
Mainly, I’d keep the workouts to MWF unless instructed otherwise to add on a day. After the twelve weeks I would add another rep rather than more minutes.
