General Intro Questions

Hey all, I just want to say how grateful I am that I stumbled upon this site. It was almost completely by accident. I was in a forum dealing with PE pills such as Extagen, when someone suggested coming here. I was on this site for no more than 5 minutes when I made my decision to ditch the whole extagen idea (which I was extremely skeptical of anyway) and join Thunder’s Place.

I’m not going to go into too much detail about my motivations of doing PE, since my story is probably identical to many how have come through this forum. But I will say that I am an 18 year old college student, in a steady relationship, and is just looking to satisfy my girlfriend a little better. She has never complained about sex, and even says things like ‘your so huge’ in the middle of sex. But I can’t help but feel like she’s saying those things just because she’s horny and because it just sounds like a good thing to tell a guy in the middle of sex. After some thinking and useless wishing that I had a bigger unit, I decided to do something about it.
So I’ve been reading up on PE in the forums, started the Newbie Routine a little less than a week ago, and hopefully I’m on track to reach my goal. I’ve run into a few questions that I’m hoping someone can answer for me:

1) I read up on the LOT Theory by Bib. My LOT is about 8:30 (Tug at 9, none at 8). And my erection angle is very high, at about 11. It pretty much points straight up at me. So my question is how relevant are these numbers? Some people regard the LOT theory as a bit outdated and not clearly proven, others see it as a strong indicator of one’s growth potential. I just want to get a little more feedback as to what I’m dealing with here.

2) Secondly, I’m mostly going for length here. My initial measurements are BPEL: 6.25 and EG: 6.00. My short term goal (within 3 months) is BPEL: 7 and EG: 6.5. Those seem like pretty realistic goals, based on what many others have gained. Is there something I should focus on to gain length rather than alot of girth? I don’t want my girth to be greater than my length, and I don’t want to overtrain my penis with stretches either. I know I should feel blessed to have a fairly decent EG, but a little more length would be GREAT.

Initial
BPEL 6.25
EG 6.00

Short Term Goal
BPEL 7.00
EG 6.50

Long Term Goal
BPEL 8
EG 6.5 or 7 (Although if I get an 8x8, I could name my unit the OCTAGON!)

Happy PE’ing everyone!

Hi there Wishful Thinkin,

I’m fairly much a newbie but have done a lot of reading.

1) I read up on the LOT Theory by Bib. My LOT is about 8:30 (Tug at 9, none at 8). And my erection angle is very high, at about 11. It pretty much points straight up at me. So my question is how relevant are these numbers? Some people regard the LOT theory as a bit outdated and not clearly proven, others see it as a strong indicator of one's growth potential. I just want to get a little more feedback as to what I'm dealing with here.

I do put some credence in LOT. Erection angle is a slight different issue, but also penis exit point (I.e. How high your unit exits your body) and potential inner shaft is another.

You pretty much have the same LOT and EA stats as me, I bet you have a high exit point also?

According to the theories these values give you good potential for gain, especially if you focus on downward stretching.

2) Secondly, I'm mostly going for length here. I don't want my girth to be greater than my length, and I don't want to overtrain my penis with stretches either. I know I should feel blessed to have a fairly decent EG, but a little more length would be GREAT.

You should start on the newbie routine for 2-3 months at least. If you did gain 0.75” of length and 0.5” of girth in 3 months you would be doing well, it takes some guys many more months to get that sort of gain, so don’t be down if you don’t.

I think in general jelqing provides girth and length, stretching provides length gains and clamping and high pressure work provides girth.

Ultimately if you want length I guess you will probably have to do more stretching or hanging.

01/08/07: 5.75" BPEL, 5.25" EG ::: 26/05/10: 7.3" BPEL, 5.4" MSEG, [My Progress Pics] - [My Routine]

Revised Min Final Objective: [/b] 7.75" BPEL (33% increase), 5.5" MSEG

LOT measurement was created for hangers. It supposedly tells which angle of hanging is better based on the loss of tugback. It’s been evaluated to death and pretty much doesn’t tell you much of anything, especially growth potential (which is not what it was designed for). The advice most often given these days is to ignore the LOT number.

Consistently done, the Newbie Routine is all you need for gains. Erection angle has little to do with how well you’ll do. It’s mostly how consistent and careful you are.

Thank you both, that pretty much answered my questions

I agree that a newbie will find their best gains, conditioning, and learning curve from manual PE: it’s a great way to start out.

However I would take issue with tugback not being helpful for continued hanging gains. I think of tugback in more of a 3D fashion, and it has helped me to hit some unusual angles that I’m sure that I wouldn’t have hit had I not looked for tugback.

I really think that, for long-term hangers, “working the angles” is the secret to continuing gains.
