Getting Nervous about Recovery From Overtraining
Fellas,
I ran into some over-training issues a few weeks ago when a my dumb ass went overboard and desensitized my uncircumcised dick with a flesh light.
I took 2 weeks off, and when my night wood came back (yesterday), I conservatively resumed training.
Conservative = 5 min stretch, 75 jelq, 10 long kegels, and an orgasm at the end (17min total)
I’ve got 5 days til I see a new chick for a few days of sex, and I’m getting a little nervous. I am not getting the same quality night wood as 3 weeks ago and less random boners.
Here’s why I’m nervous: I got into PE for EQ gains, and given recent events, some self doubt from my non-PE days is creeping in.
I need a confidence boost and advice on what to do these next couple days. Any thoughts?
So far, here’s what has helped so far:
-brushing up on my oral sex technique (can still please her)
-lifting consistently (good body)
-eating clean
