girth all day exercises?

guys, I am after girth I’m looking for atleast another 1/2” and an inch would be just fine.

what are the absolute best girth only exercises and are there and passive all day girth exercises that work?

one more about the soreness after pe (forgive me if this is answered elsewhere, I have read several hundred threads and not seen it addreesed)

what should I feel as far as pain
-mild discomfort like after a hard weight session
-nothin at all
-mild pain like almost an ache in the penis

I feel the 3rd option there,almost like a pain in the cienter of my unit, not an intense pain,but definetly a dull ache

I don’t think I am going at it to hard, i just jelq about 20 min with moderate to tight ok,do some uli’s and one or too moderate pan squeezes , but seriously I’m not overly rough with the pressure during any of these (last thing I wanna do is mess up my unit)

Look into the jelqing..erect jelqing, squeezes and horse bends..do a search on them. good luck wiht your peing !@!

You could try all day clamping with a cable or hose clamp. Just be sure and check it alot at first to make sure it is getting circulation.

Horse440’s are something you really need a couple of months of PE’ing under your belt for or you will injure yourself. Considering 100% erect jelqing, other squeezes, plumped bends, or Sadsak Slinky’s early on may run you into the same problem.

A cable clamp seems a reasonable passive device if circulation can be maintained but the kind of pressure needed for a passive girth wrap, allowing for good circulation, should be easy enough to create and less bulky with a thera girth wrap.

Then the jelqing erection level slowly over a week or two is the best bet, and then once you have a couple of month jelqing, easing into squeezes and full blooded uli’s.

You won’t feel a lactic acid buildup like you would from an intense weight session, you should feel something and ache is a good word and dull ache is excellent. If you are not approaching pain (other than occassional mild shooting pain) you are probably OK. If the ache is still very obvious in the morning after a PE session in the evening, there might be a problem.

Are you a month in now (I’m going by your join date)? Pan Squeezes can be a little hard, as can ULI’s but if you are approaching these things with extreme care you may be OK.

The jelqing is what will help you withstand the higher pressure exercises and you should now already have noticed a major difference in the nature of your penis: more rubbery, larger veins.

thanks for the feed back , I am going to try the thera wrap , or what I am thinking is just a moderate to loose wrap with a self adhesive ace bandage ,is that about the same thing? I really gotta beleive that holding that pumped up size after a workout will help, I’ll be sure to post any results here on the newbie forum when I measure next month.

as far as the exercises, well I agree the intense ones are probably not newbie territory, but I’m a firm beleiver in all things in moderation, so I am attempting these with the approach that pain is bad, after workout soreness is ok,but anything that hurts while in process is definetly bad IMO.so what I was looking for originally and still am actually is the absolute best girth exercise. I am really hoping to pack on some girth by summers end, it’s a special event you might say. So I am asking all vets,newbies,gainers of all types what the best exercise is for girth.

I’ll start with my observation so far,this is just what seems to give the best effect,i haven’t measured yet and won’t be for a few weeks, but the pan squeeze really flattens and fattens the ole unit. I gotta think that this one will open up room in the unit if anything will. but please guys if there is an exercise out there that just packed on the girth for you,please post it. i try to be efficient and instead of doing five different exercises in hopes that one of five will work,I’d rather do the Best exercise 5 times more and get the awesome results.

and yes I know, I’m the typical impatient pain in the ass newbie :) :)

What do you mean by “rubbery” veins? This reminds me of thrombosis.
