Length or girth exercises

At the moment I’ m doing some hardcore erect bends and V- stretches.
Thats the content of my routine, but I wonder if I should only focus on lengths exercises at the beginning and after having reached my goal going for girth.

Will girth exercises stop my length gains or vice versa?


Girth gains for better sex, length gains for a worthless ego boost.

GOAL: 6" EG

First, how long have you been PEing, bends are pretty intense and shouldn’t be done by someone that has just started NPE. Second, length gains take alot more time than girth gains. It all depends what you want most. I suggest to keep doing what you are doing and throw in some other exercises like jelqs and A stretches. To me just doing bends and v-stretches won’t do that much unless you spend alot of time doing each. I am not so sure about girth exercises hindering length gains hopefully one of the gurus can throw their wisdom on this matter. But I would think the constant pulling in jelqing should do something for length.

The thicker your tool becomes, the tougher it is to elongate (the soft tissues thereof - CC, tunica, etc.). Thickness will not hinder lig stretching, but it will hinder soft tissue stretching.

So I think I´ll stop my erect bends although it´s my favourite exercise and focuse on stretching.

Everyone is different. In 9 months I’ve gained 1/2” BPEL and 1/8” EG by focusing only on girth. I’d gladly give up the 1/2” BPEL for another 1/8” EG.
