Hi,

if I want to go for length and girth, is jelqing and hanging the way to go?

There seem to be some special techniques like slinky or horse440 or something but they all seem kind of unnecessary for me and just like an invention to boost up hopes and brining up something new while not having THAT benefit or even looking weird or a bit dangerous (forcing the erect or semi-erect penis in directions which are not normal….it should just point straight forward, up or down (a slightly bit!!).

I think hanging really is the way to go for length sine it also brings the option to do something else while performing it.

So there is the weakness in a combined program….what to do for girth? There are Ulis, jelqs, but while doing them I cant do anything else in parallel.
Since pumping seems to dangerous maybe clamping (if I understood it correctly) which is just like putting on a cock ring is the only option to be able to multitask while PEing.

Wearing clamps in public is a definite no-go for me.

What is your opinion on the best exercises for length and girth, best would be if they are not manual——.

My goal: from 11.9 cm NBPEL to 18 cm NBPEL (~7 ") ...now or never...!!!! after 5 weeks(and a long break): 12.5 cm NBPEL

Pumping was the safest method for me. I stayed in a heated cylinder for hours a day. I got engorged and stayed that way for hours a day. I will employ the same method over the next two years to get to 10x7.5.

I’ve found that in my case, while it is of some use in cementing (and possibly encouraging some) length gains, pumping for long periods of time just leads to lymph accumulation, discoloration, and temporary girth gains. Yes, it increases girth dramatically, but it also creates excess loose skin in the long run and soft erections in the short term.

It’s certainly worth trying as if it does work as well for you as it has for some, it’s a great way to grow. The pumper’s forum should have all the information you will need to get into it.

I prefer to focus on either girth or length at any given time, not because it’s necessarily more difficult to make gains at both but because changing goals keeps me from getting bored. It also keeps the time required down to a more reasonable level.

Jelqing is without question the best exercise for overall penile health (perhaps second only to kegels), and while it might not always lead to gains it’s useful to have jelqs in any routine to aid in recovery and improve bloodflow.

Hanging is something I’ve experimented with in past and am currently trying to better understand, however both it and clamping while they may be very effective also require patience as there is a bit of a learning curve to both. Hanging is certainly something that while you are doing it does not require your full attention, but it will take some time to learn to get everything set up correctly for you, and both it and clamping will require that you keep track of the time while you do it.

I think you should expect to spend at least a few weeks learning the techniques of hanging and clamping before you will see any gains, and to avoid injuries or other setbacks. Take your time.

As far as things that you can multitask while doing, many people have reported great success with various forms of ADS.
