Best exercises for length and girth combined?...at best to multitask while doing them
if I want to go for length and girth, is jelqing and hanging the way to go?
There seem to be some special techniques like slinky or horse440 or something but they all seem kind of unnecessary for me and just like an invention to boost up hopes and brining up something new while not having THAT benefit or even looking weird or a bit dangerous (forcing the erect or semi-erect penis in directions which are not normal….it should just point straight forward, up or down (a slightly bit!!).
I think hanging really is the way to go for length sine it also brings the option to do something else while performing it.
So there is the weakness in a combined program….what to do for girth? There are Ulis, jelqs, but while doing them I cant do anything else in parallel.
Since pumping seems to dangerous maybe clamping (if I understood it correctly) which is just like putting on a cock ring is the only option to be able to multitask while PEing.
Wearing clamps in public is a definite no-go for me.
What is your opinion on the best exercises for length and girth, best would be if they are not manual——.
My goal: from 11.9 cm NBPEL to 18 cm NBPEL (~7 ") ...now or never...!!!! after 5 weeks(and a long break): 12.5 cm NBPEL
