So far I have not gained much in length but have gained a substantial amount of girth. How can I gain more length? My routine is 50 second stretches in each direction 2 times, and 215 wet jelqs. How can I modify my routine to gain more length? I will have hit the four month mark by next week.

So far I’ve gained .25 inch in length and .50 in girth.

Since you almost have 4 months experience, you can go ahead and intensify your routine. Add some more additional exercise, such as fulcrum stretches and
do more BTC to really target the ligs. How many rest days are you taking between your stretch routine?

Should I increase the stretching time to 60 seconds per side (down, up, right, left) or should I add another round of stretches and keep the time at 50 seconds?

Yesterday I hit the 4 month mark of PE. I’ve been doing this specific routine for about two months. I gradually worked my way up.

My PE schedule is Monday ON, Tuesday OFF, Wednesday ON, Thursday OFF, Friday ON, Saturday and Sunday OFF. I sometimes alternate this schedule with Monday ON, Tuesday ON, Wednesday OFF, Thursday ON, Friday ON, Saturday and Sunday OFF. Which schedule do you think is more effective?

I follow a very similar schedule. I like it. The recovery days are great.

Ok you are puzzled why you are gaining girth but not much length look at the amount of girth work vs length work you are doing its obvious right there your barely doing anything for length. BUT if you are still gaining from what you are doing stick with it until you don’t see gains.

Ok I realize I should add more length work…but in what form? More stretches or longer stretches? New stretches?

I would go for just more of what your doing already, instead of repeating 2 times maybe go with 4 times? I am not the most experienced when it comes to manual work so someone else will have to give their thoughts.
