Hey Guys I’ve don’t some searching and haven’t found much on this. I was wondering if it would effect growth if I did a length day followed by grith day the next day, for a 2 on 1 off split. I’m 5.6 el and want to get to around 7.5, not sure about girth but would like to gain some there to. My routine would look like this
Length Day
Stretching
30 sec right
30 sec up
30 sec left
30 sec down
30 sec pull back between the cheeks
30 sec break
30 sec right
30 sec up
30 sec left
30 sec down
30 sec pull back between the cheeks
30 sec break
30 sec right
30 sec up
30 sec left
30 sec down
30 sec pull back between the cheeks
30 sec break
30 sec squatting down pulling straight down straight into (next)
30 sec between the cheeks
30 sec squatting down pulling straight down straight into (next)
30 sec between the cheeks
30 sec A stretch
That all comes out to 10 minutes stretching, then I would do around 100 wet jelqs.

Girth Day
Stretching (I feel it helps loosen up for jelq)
30 sec right
30 sec up
30 sec left
30 sec down
30 sec squatting down pulling down straight into
30 sec between the cheeks
Equals 3 minutes stretching followed by 250 wet jelqs (semi erect), followed by 150 wet jelqs (85-90% erect), and concluding with 2 or 3, 30 second holds.

Hows it look guys

My first thought is that if you are not sure about your girth goals then why are you devoting 1 out of every 2 workouts toward it. Why not work primarily length every workout with a few girth routines thrown in.

I think the general concensus around here is that you go for length goals first and girth later. Of course you do it how you feel is best.

Ok so do you think it would be better to do the length routine mentioned, with like 50 erect jelqs at the end, and use that as my workout every day I pe? Also what are some good excersize for a bigger head? Thanks

does he have a good length workout? i was thinking about doing something similar to that but wans’t sure if it was any good.
