Girth from hanging ?

Hi every one. I started hanging 1 month ago everyday for 3x20 min (compression hanging). Initially started with 1 kg and I’m now hanging with 2 kg (looking to increase the weight progressively as needed). I do hard clamping EOD for 1x7min 30 (to condition my D to girth work). Plan is to gain around 0.5 inch in length and to progressively add more girth work as I am getting closer to my length goal. For reference I’m 7.1 x 5.7 midshaft and I’m looking to build a 7.5 x 6.15 D (cause calc SD says it’s a "macropenis" šŸ˜‚).

I saw on other forums and subreddits that people gained girth just from hanging. For those who have tried hanging, Iā€™d really appreciate hearing about your experiences. Did you notice any increase in girth? If so, was it primarily at the base or along the entire shaft? Also, at what weight did you begin to see girth gains?
