Hi, I’m a newbie here and I have just started the newbies routine.But the most importand to me now is the girth. How can I increase girth?

Stick to the newbie routine for a few months, then slowly add in girth-specific advanced exercises.

Hanging increases base girth.

How does hanging help with base girth? Would a stretching device do the same?

Hanging brings base girth because it pulls out the inner penis, and the shaft of the inner penis is thicker than the outer penis or so they say. There was a poll last year I think. The poll results, I seem to recall, was in favor of the theory. Like any theory, whether or not it is factual is yet to be seen. However, hanging does bring base girth gains for whatever reason

Are pump results permenant

Most likely yes. An ADS such as PE weights would do the same, if the theory is true.

It works for most people, but not all.

No PE results are permanent without proper decondition techniques.

Pumping results are better when other exercises are included; such as jelqing.
