I saw a post of the same name only for length, so I figured I’d ask for girth. I want more girth then length, what’s best for girth? Right now I’m doing jelqing and a little hanging, but really I just want to concentrate on getting girth. Right now all I’m doing is about 100 of the jelqs where the one hand basically cuts off circulation then the other jelqs repeatedly, I heard that was for girth. Thanks.

Hey I’m also from jersey. Well if you want girth after you jelq do like 10 mins of horse squeezes, or Uli squeezes. They will do the trick, but be consistent.

I am assuming that you have had at least 3 months experience PEing to mention such advanced exercises. If not, stick with the newbie routine, its there for a reason. After 3 months, you can move onto more advanced (girth) exercises. Don’t let your desperation for a bigger unit make you do something that you’ll regret for the rest of your life.

Yes I have done this before, and I’m not desperate for a bigger dick , I just figure, why not?, if it works, I’m already at 8 inch length,6 inch girth. Before I started PE I was 7.50 by 5.75, that was not even 3 months ago

Ulis, horses and clamping is the way to gain massive girth. But don’t start them until you PE at least 3 months.

I don’t like your technique of holding one hand stationary at the base while the other jelqs. I think you will get better blood filling effect and pump action from using the standard alternating hand jelq technique. If you are out of the newbie stage, you can try a little exercise I call Girth Blasters, but start off easy with these as they are very powerful.

It’s basically what I was doing before, except the free hand makes another grip even closer to the body, and the outside hand goes down, then that hand is the free hand right? And should I do this in place of normal jelqing, or do like 20 minutes of normal, then 10 or so of this and work up in time? Thanks, sounds awesome.

Zero, sounds like you got it right. But like I said, take it easy with these. They are very powerful.

Edit: You said almost erect, but flexible in the link post. What range would that be, about 80-90%? I’m just trying to get a figure, I can think about it easier with numbers for some reason. And my plan is to do about 200 jelqs to warm up, then 5-10 minutes of this in the beginning. Does that sound good? Thanks.

It seems best in the 90ties range. It was my intent to focus on creating internal pressure and that occurs best at near erect levels.

Ok. 90s, go for 5 minutes, take a break, then get 90s back and go again. Got it, thanks.
