Girth goes down after workouts
Okay, well I’m not a newbie, just a newbie to this forum. Maybe you guys can help me out here.
I’ve been clamping on and off since August with little to no girth gains. From december 17th to january 17th I was doing a good clamping routine where I did 5 mins jelqing, 12 mins clamping with ahs, 5 mins jelqing, 12 mins clamping, 5 mins jelqing, and 5 mins uli’s. I measured on the 17th and I saw an 1/8 of an inch girth increase. I was so happy. I measured a few days later, and I was down a 1/16 in girth. Then I started doing a clamping routine where I do 55 mins of clamping from Red’s website. I’m no newbie to clamping.
But each day I’ve been clamping, it seems the next day I’ve been losing girth. I measured today as I took a day off yesterday to see if I was back to normal, but nope, I’m down like 3/16 of an inch since I measured on the 17th. Anyone know why I’m decreasing in girth. I just started this 55 min routine on Tuesday.
Has anyone experienced girth decreases like this ? It seems like whatever I do, I can’t gain in girth. I’ve been doing things since August without girth gains. I’m beginning to believe I can’t gain in girth anymore, as I’ve reached my limit of a .25 girth in increase. HELP !
