Okay, well I’m not a newbie, just a newbie to this forum. Maybe you guys can help me out here.

I’ve been clamping on and off since August with little to no girth gains. From december 17th to january 17th I was doing a good clamping routine where I did 5 mins jelqing, 12 mins clamping with ahs, 5 mins jelqing, 12 mins clamping, 5 mins jelqing, and 5 mins uli’s. I measured on the 17th and I saw an 1/8 of an inch girth increase. I was so happy. I measured a few days later, and I was down a 1/16 in girth. Then I started doing a clamping routine where I do 55 mins of clamping from Red’s website. I’m no newbie to clamping.

But each day I’ve been clamping, it seems the next day I’ve been losing girth. I measured today as I took a day off yesterday to see if I was back to normal, but nope, I’m down like 3/16 of an inch since I measured on the 17th. Anyone know why I’m decreasing in girth. I just started this 55 min routine on Tuesday.

Has anyone experienced girth decreases like this ? It seems like whatever I do, I can’t gain in girth. I’ve been doing things since August without girth gains. I’m beginning to believe I can’t gain in girth anymore, as I’ve reached my limit of a .25 girth in increase. HELP !

While I don’t have the answer to your question, I did want to let you know that someone is reading your thread. I have sent out an SOS to the other mods who might have the answers for you.

Doing hard PE sessions can easily result in temporary girth loss. To know if you really are losing girth, you should take a week off to see if it returns normal. In any case, what is this talk about 55 minutes? That’s in total, not one set, right?

Frankly, I’m not a big supporter of clamping, but as long as it’s done right, it’s safe. If it’s effective is another issue, but it has it’s own supporters too.

Definitely not one set. 10 mins basic clamping, rest, 15 mins clamping w/ horse squeezes. Rest. 15 mins clamping wet jelqs. Rest. 15 mins clamping w/ edging and Ulis.total time is about 90 mins.

I do this 2 on, 1 off.

And I do plan on taking a week off, starting yesterday :) .

I am also not a fan of clamping, but when your cock starts to retreat, it is a sure sign you are going overboard. Take off a couple of days and then start back with less intensity. Start real easy and don’t force anything or come anywhere close to the discomfort stage.

When I keep PE more to the pleasurable side of things, I get much better results, especially the immediate after effect results.

Perhaps you should try your original routine again and take the necessary days off.

Hitting the reset button and going into an intermission period is always a wonderful idea. Even when you come back into a newbie routine your penis knows it’s limits are way beyond that and says “man,this is easy”…and then comes your gains inching themselves to the finish line.

Wasn’t there something on the pumping 101 thread where someone said they measured every day. And if that measurement was to decrease the next day it was a sign of overworking and the user took a day off.

Not sure if you can compare clamping to pumping like that but I thought I would give my thoughts :)

That seems to be pretty aggressive you may want to take it down a notch, I think 3 sets of ten minutes a piece with five minute breaks in between is enough. You may be on the fast track to some pretty rough discoloration, it happened to me being over jealous at first. I also think that many people here would agree with me on the time and number of sets.

light jelqs or heat in between is great to keep blood flow!
