What are your thoughts on this routine?
I’ve tried jelqing and for some reason get injured by it very easily, so I try to avoid it.
Warm up in shower
- Bundled stretches/Tunica tugs - 10 mins (I combined these two into 1 exercise)
- Double erect squeezes - 5 reps 30 seconds to 1 min each rep.
- Edge for 15-30 mins right after
Warm heat pad before bed about 15 mins about 1 hour after edging.
Is that enough? Should I be going for more expansion?
I’m still trying to figure out what works here. Any girth gainers please chime in!
(I tried this routine last night and felt pretty good. Sore for an hour but 100% fine after with decent EQ)
