Hi all,

I’ve been following a manual stretching routine exclusively - 20 mins per day.

I’ve noticed my penis has been thicker and fuller consistently over the path 6 weeks. Is this just a result of a prolonged “pump” due to extra blood in there to assist with recovery, or do any of you actually experience girth gains while stretching only?

I’m focusing solely on stretching as I want to focus on length at the moment. I don’t mean to complain about the potential girth gains, of course. I’d be happy to take them. But are these sustainable girth gains?

Well first congrats, second definitely post. I would love to see what you were able to put together. There’s so much information on this site that it can feel pretty daunting trying to form your own routine haha

I am sure that i have gained girth from stretching only too, especially at the base the girth gains are very noticeable.

I think its due to the overall increase in volume.

I would owe a lot to Gentlepsychopath (who just posted above). He gave me some great insights that got me into the stretching only routine. I’ll definitely report back in a month and let you all know.

Without a doubt. I recently described this as a function of the cross layering of the tunica. During extreme stretching the cross layers have to pull out longitudinally, thereby lengthening the end to end measurement. when they go back to their relaxed or “normal” erected state, they are very fractionally longer, so now they sit very slightly further out from the centre of the penis, giving a slightly increased girth.

Thanks! You can keep asking whatever you want and good luck with your progress. Remember to have patience, gains will come dont be in a rush and enjoy the process.

I was surprised, as well.

I believe that the stretching out of the tunica also allows for greater lateral [girth] expansion with erection. I kind of think about it like it’s one of those long-thin party balloons; if you stretch it length-wise, it will be larger in girth when inflated than if you hadn’t stretched it at all, even though that isn’t the primary direction of material elongation.

How is it coming along now, any gains?
