Girth gains
I see all of the exercises but don’t know how many to pick or witch ones would work best for me I dry jelq 150-200 times and squeeze 3x25seconds I’m looking for pure girth I’m no newbie IV done this for a year and a half just found this site and another thing I legal sometimes but don’t really need it but when I do I hold it as hard as I can untilld its so tight it hurts ill do this 10 times for 3 minutes. Is there different kinds of legal that could help me with my girth destination
