Hey guys!

I keep on reading about people getting a temporary increase in girth during their workouts. I often see people saying that their dick grows .5 inches in girth during a workout. In fact, this seems almost common or standard, temporarily speaking.

Well, for me, I don’t really get ANY temporary girth gains. It got me thinking, maybe I can’t gain girth in the long term if I don’t see the increase temporarily which makes some sense. I do not do exclusive girth routines, but I would like to think that after 100 jelqs at 50%, 15 Girth Blasters, and a 2 or 3 squeezes, I would at least be .25 inches bigger in girth for a minute or two. But no! None!

So tell me, those of you who do experience these temporary girth gains, how long do you do girth work during the session, and how far into the session do you see it? I mean, if you do 30 mins of girth, but see these gains 5 minutes in, then you see gains after 5 minutes. I hope I am doing something wrong and it’s not that my dick can’t gain girth, because would really like another .25 in girth within the next few months. Thanks!

I dont get any girth gains after doing just jelqs and squezes either, i never have. I do however make slight temporary length gains.

I have gained some girth over the 2 years (almost) I have been PEing. Not much though. About 3/4”.

When I’m actually holding the squeeze is the only real time I see an increase then when I let go it is maybe 1/8” bigger but I doubt it. Its probably just the veins giving this impression. It feels slighty fatter in my hand possibly. I have never had a half inch temparary gain. Nothing of the sort. If i did I think I would be overjoyed.

Jelqist, how long did it take you to gain the bulk of that 3/4”? Were you doing anything girth specific?

I get maybe 3/8 inch temporary gain after I do my 500 jelqs and 5 - 30 second horse 440’s, I don’t know how far into it they come but when I measure afterward it’s there.

It usually only lasts for 10 minutes or so and it isn’t with a full erection, it’s at maybe 50%. When I have tried to get fully erect afterward the expansion of length seems to use up the tissue that was expanding for girth. I may get 1/16 or 1/8 more, but not usually.

I’ve had as much as 7/8” temporary erect girth gain. Most was fluid, but also some actual expansion. This was from alternating extreme Ulis with staying hard while wearing a cock ring. It took several hours. 1/2” above normal was more typical.

I feel some expansion every girth workout, even from jelqing with a few squeezes or bends thrown in. Not as much as above, but noticeable. Edging with a cock ring worn around the whole package also gives a measurable increase after only 20-30 minutes or so. I just wish more of it would become permanent.

A lot of temporary bloat isn’t as good as it sounds. First, it spoils you, making your normal girth seem pathetic in comparison. Second, when combined with intense squeezes it contributes to skin discoloration. High pressure under tight skin = long-lasting discoloration.

I’ve pretty much given up intense girth work. I got better results from lower intensity and longer duration (many hours each day) with breaks to keep fluid accumulation under control. I pumped using low vacuum, edged while wearing a cock ring, wrapped for girth, etc., basically anything and everything to keep my dick expanded for long periods without stressing it very much. Worked for me, resulting in a gain after a year of trying various other things with no progress. It’s important to decondition first, especially if you’ve been doing intense exercises.

I never did until clamping, and now I notice a little bit in the way of girth expansion, maybe 1/8th of an inch at best, but the good thing is, it seems like I gain girth very slowly like 1/16th of an inch every 6 weeks at best, but it at least seems like real girth, not fluid build up. I think the only real girth gains come from the expansion that occurs in the inside and work outward, that’s why pumping as they say may be more temporary.

At the same time i wish my tunica was easier to expand as I would probably notice gains much quicker.

Just noticed this post was from 2004.

I always wondered whether temporary gains are not mainly edema (fluid accumulation in the tissues). The tendency to develop edema seems to differ quite a bit from dick to dick according to what I have been reading.

If that is true the question would arise whether such temporary gains are any useful.

Jiminy465, i agree. think the best way to get temporary expanison would be to do jelq moderately for some time, 20-30 min then clamp or pump for a while. if this expansion is pure positive i would leave for more experienced people to answer
