If I was back at the beginning, I think I would have stuck with the newbie routine much more than I did. Light jelging and kegels only.
I made significant newbie gains and was doing great back then. I remember my initial shock that this stuff DOES actually work. It seem like my dick grew overnight back then. Then I had to take a unplanned break for a week or 2 and it was a battle ever since. But I also got more agressive and hit the advance exercises way to early. Well, today I finally got to post in the injuries forum. And let me tell you, I’m not thrilled about it.
Frankly, it sucks big time.
Ineedhelp, believe me when I say that we know what you want. We all want it too. You will do well to take the cautions seriously. Because gains do happen, they just DON’T happen overnight. And nobody is trying to keep them from you.
Stick with the newbie routine and go slow. In no time at all you’ll be typing one of those HOLY F*!!! post about your own gains. You may even be so proud you want to share pictures of it. Do document your start in pictures if only for yourself. I wish I had.
Stick with what Pud said for now. The jelg WILL increase both length and girth, get you conditioned, and should notice some almost instant change for the better in overall “penis health”. You’ll know what I mean when I say “penis health” as you begin to experience it.
I wasn’t born with the biggest dick on the block either, but diving into PE with the same obsessive compulsive dysfunction some of the rest of occasionally have won’t get you “there” any faster. In fact it may just do the opposite.
Okay, that’s been my best well rounded, well intentioned advice for ANY newbie. Yes it works, you too can get “there”, but whoa up fella’, there’s no running allowed here.
