Girth or Length or Both?
So far since I have started PE I have always worked on girth and length at the same time.
I have read stories of people who lose length doing girth work or vice versa.
Is it better to train one at a time or does it equal out if you do both?
I have recently started using an extender after clamping and I feel like I get a really good stretch. I am not sure if that is a good thing because my penis feels a little tighter after clamping that is why the stretch feels more intense.
Is stretching after clamping an efficient use of time or is it useless?
