Girth or Length or Both?

Girth or Length or Both?

So far since I have started PE I have always worked on girth and length at the same time.

I have read stories of people who lose length doing girth work or vice versa.

Is it better to train one at a time or does it equal out if you do both?

I have recently started using an extender after clamping and I feel like I get a really good stretch. I am not sure if that is a good thing because my penis feels a little tighter after clamping that is why the stretch feels more intense.

Is stretching after clamping an efficient use of time or is it useless?

Oh wow. Clamping AND using an extender in the same workout? How are your PI’s? Have you gained at all post newbie gains? It just sounds to me like you might be overdoing it a bit.

I think most vet’s would suggest focusing on one or the other if you are choosing to do more than a simple stretch / jelq routine.

When I mean both I mean I squeeze, and do other manual girth stuff as well as length.

Right on.

I was just concerned because assisted PE like clamping and extenders is often a bit more harsh on your unit than manuals, and he is doing both, which scares me. I hope you take a lot of rest days guy!

I always make sure to take lots of rest days. Usually I do one on and one off. Sometime one on two off.

My PIs are not amazing the day after but not bad. Day 2 after my workout, my PIs are great.

My extender is not what most around here are familiar with. It has no springs or anything to add tension. You have to adjust it mannually.

I usually leave it so that my penis is stretched just over my erect length and it feels really good.

Also I do 2 4-5 minute clamping sessions. It is not a lot but it gives me some great expansion very comfortably.
