Girth Question

I would first like to stat off saying, I have been a member of this site for a while, but never actually considered attempting PE. I find this site very fascinating. One can learn something everyday. I’m not really concerned about the length of my penis, but I am about the girth. My girth is about a 4.7”. I’m really inspired by all you guys. I think if anyone can increase the size of their member, then I would not have a problem as well.

I was wondering what are some good girth exercises to start out with? And which ones are I should go for after those. I am in no rush, and am willing to dedicate myself and take my time to achieve the results I want. Also, is performing just girth exercises more efficient and less time consuming than both girth and length exercises at the same time? Please link me to any previous posts, I would greatly appreciate

Definitely start with the newbie routine for the first 6 months. Kegels, manual stretching and jelqing. You don’t want to shock your penis with more advanced things right away. In the beginning it is easy to have your EQ plunge by doing too much. There were times I was afraid I caused damaged because there was nothing stirring down there no matter what stimulus. Now, I can do more things, I know my penis better and how to read whather I’m over or under training. This is all stuff you will learn over 6 months.

When you kegel you use the same muscle that you would use to cut of urination. Flexing it over and over will make it stronger resulting in more forceful ejaculations and better blood flow to your unit which will allow for better erections.

Newbie routine is the best way to start from, but 6 months on it can become bored unless you still gain it. Otherwise trying to move to an advanced routine

Newbie routine, all the way. You will get the best results by a measured and careful approach to this. Better to do too little at first than too much.


Start (Initially August 2008, Properly November/December 2008): 6.9x4.9

Currently (September 2010): 8.5x5.75 (6.25 inch head girth)
