Girth Refuses To budge After 18 Months PE
So I’ve been doing PE consistently for over a year and a half and I absolutely cannot gain anything in the girth department, which is my priority. Length isn’t much better, but I had at least about 0.2” beginner gains that have just stuck around and plateaued.
My routine is:
~100-120 dry Jelqs, 5+ hand clamps for about 20 seconds each, and 30 minutes pumping at or below 5hg. Every other day
I also manual stretch downward to target ligs (8 min each side, and I do this Every day)…
6 weeks on, 1 week off
I have tried more consistent routines like 5 days in and 2 days off, but I just get fatigued and lose EQ, so I like to stick with something where my EQ stays good.
I’m kind of running out of faith at this point, as I expected to have about a half inch girth gain by now. I do each workout with what I figure to be proper form. I’m a pretty meticulous person and have made sure my technique is not the issue.
Please help guide me in the right direction for gains. I would be upset to do another year and a half with absolutely nothing to show. At least I do have improved EQ though, so it isn’t all negative!
