I’ve been using the PJ for about a month and a half (though I couldn’t use it half the time) and I have a 1/4 in increase in BPEL which I think is pretty good for only 3 weeks of work. My problem is I haven’t seen any girth increase AT ALL. I know it hasn’t been long enough yet but what exercises for girth do you recommend with the PJ.

Hmm. You’d probably have seen that increase or more using the Newbie Routine. The power jelq is vastly inferior to manual jelqing.

Don’t worry about girth increase just yet. It will come especially once you start adding focused girth exercises to your routine.
