Girth work

Girth work

After two month in PE I would like to add girth work to my routine where should I start?

I can only do manual work.

I read about ULI how many sets should I do, for how much time each set and how hard should I squeeze

I am not the right person to give you an advice since i have never tried Ulis, but i would not recommend them for now.

2 months is nothing in terms of experience. You will gain more girth doing the newbie routine(jelqs) instead of doing something more intense. The effectiveness of a routine depends on the level of conditioning that you are in.

Jelqing at higher erection levels seems to be beneficial as far as trying to target girth. Not sure what to tell you about Ulis myself, as I have never messed with them. You might just stick with a jelqing routine, but make sure you are performing them with an eighty percent, or higher erection level.

Mikexxx, have you checked your gains? Maybe you don’t even need to change something. Jelq is girth oriented from the start.

Two months is too soon to try to go beyond the newbie routine. If girth is your goal, aim for a higher erection level while jelqing (no more than 80%), but that’s it. Wait until your gains from the newbie routine stop—or at least slow down—before you try to do something else. This is a marathon, not a sprint.

Why the Smithsonian? Because you could walk around it for a week and not see the whole thing.

I have next to no girth gains and I’m already jelq while high erection(no more than 80%)

Mikexxx, I did 80% erection jelqs too and got zero girth gains. Maybe I did it wrong, you know, there are different ways to squeeze and so on. There are wet and dry jelqs and so on. But anyway I wanted to check something else, so I started to do various kegels. I did on tempo, on intensity and hold without release. I also ordered pump and checked all threads there. After 7-10 days I’ve noticed 1/10 inch increase. That wasn’t EQ gain, because I always measure when it’s hard rock and surface feels like steel. And I couldn’t measure it wrong, because I use thin paper ribbon with girth mark. But I was kinda shocked to see such fast result despite it’s newbie gains.

It’s kinda tricky with girth, because it’s always harder than length and growth is very slow. But I’m pretty sure if it doesn’t give any result after 3+ months (and it’s actually easier to see girth gain than length) then it’s worth to try something different. Other approach, other exercise, to take break or something else.

Starting : 7.6 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG

Goal: To understand what makes penis to grow.

I won’t recommend doing girth work within the first three months. The newbie routine has two goals. For gains obviously, but more to condition your penis. Girth work is generally harder on your penis and if it isn’t conditioned correctly, you can pick up an injury.

Stats 7/7/2017- 8.2 BPEL 5.3 MSEG

Picture thread- Some pictures for inspiration.

Again, this is not a fast process. I had no gains at all for my first month. You have to give it a chance to work and to learn proper technique and how your penis responds. If you get impatient and do too much too soon, you will just be sabotaging yourself.

Actually for me girth is easier im an easy gainer but length is hard for me as Im struggling right now to increase length.

I had great length gains but zero girth (almost three month).
Thought to add something little but don’t know what.

I’ve heard & read that bundled stretches are very good for girth gains.

Start: BPEL - 6.1"; MSEG - 4.4"

Now: BPEL - 6.2"; MSEG - 4.4"

Goal 1: BPEL - 7.0"; MSEG - 5.0"
