How do girth gains actually work?
I’ve been doing a fair bit of research over the past few months about it, and there doesn’t seem to be much of a consensus on how gains (especially girth gains) happen. Being that girth is by far my biggest priority with PE, I am interested in knowing the biology behind it. Length seems more straightforward (stretching ligaments) but with girth, does it have to do with more mass built, or simply more room for blood to flow?
(Apologies if this is an obvious question to some.)
Cheers,
A
