Hi everyone,

I’ve been into PE for about 3 months now and have made very small gains so far, probably EQ related.
I’m mainly looking for girth, as I’m already 7” in length but only 4.5 to 5” in girth.
I’m trying to experiment with what gives me the best expansion but doesn’t hurt me (otherwise I have to take a few days off with a very low EQ).
I want to avoid the injury but I also want to see some gains, just so it gives me some motivation to keep going.
Forgot to precise, I’m only doing manual so far and not really considering pumping unless it would help me to make good gains.

Any advices for a good girth training and how to find the right compromise between gains and safety?

I understand that PE is a marathon and it has to be on the long run but I see other members making good progress within a few months.

Also I’m trying to understand what could work best for me in term of routine so I can maximise my gains (if I get any).

I guess I’m gonna try girth oriented exercises, Uli, Squeezes and Horse and see how it goes.

Looks like a lot of people recommend +70% erected jelqs but some got injured with this type of exercises so not sure if that’s a good idea.
