Girth workout
Hi everyone,
I’ve been into PE for about 3 months now and have made very small gains so far, probably EQ related.
I’m mainly looking for girth, as I’m already 7” in length but only 4.5 to 5” in girth.
I’m trying to experiment with what gives me the best expansion but doesn’t hurt me (otherwise I have to take a few days off with a very low EQ).
I want to avoid the injury but I also want to see some gains, just so it gives me some motivation to keep going.
Forgot to precise, I’m only doing manual so far and not really considering pumping unless it would help me to make good gains.
Any advices for a good girth training and how to find the right compromise between gains and safety?
