I just had an idea for girth or head (not sure which it would affect more) and wanted to run it by you guys before even trying anything..

With a 70 - 80% erection start at the base with an overhand OK squeezing hard for 5-10 seconds, then, place the other hand directly above the starting hand in the same way and squeeze hard, continue moving up the shaft until your at the head, then take a short break and repeat..

Would this do anything at all?

This may do something, but that doesn’t matter - keep away from anything like this before you end up injured like me!!! Please please please don’t do this and keep up with the newbie routine for AT LEAST 5 months before you start doing squeezes. You can gain plenty when you first start just with light manual stretches and jelqing.

I was thinking, the idea might be to stop 1/2-3/4 up the shaft, because by the time you get to the head theres no way it would expand any more than that

Like PEst said, be very careful. It doesn’t sound like a bad idea. I have actually tried something similar in the past but never stayed with it consistently. Start out a little less erect than 80% though and work the grip up uintill you feel good expansion. Then stop. Do not keep going until youi feel pain, that is going too far. Let us know how it goes. If you’ve been PEing for 3 months you should be able to handle that type of exercise. Just watch the intensity and frequency. The last thing you want to do is hurt yourself.

Yeah, I would stop when your unit tells you to stop. You’ll know. :leftie: I never got above 2/3 of the way up. Of course like I said I didn’t do it for very long. I try it now and again when I do my before bed girth session, but not consistently enough to tell how it works. It would be nice to see what it does for you though. Keep us posted.

I used to do something like this trying to increase my head size.

My Head Exercise

I was focused solely on the head so I didn’t pause for very long before switching hands. It still is the best head exercise I have ever done as far as head engorgement, however I quit doing PE and am not focused on gaining head size right now so I haven’t picked it back up. I remember my best results were when I got to about within an inch of the head and jelqed the rest of the way. Then I would hold it as long as I could with the blood trapped in the head.


Starting size: 7"x5.25" bp

Current size: 7.25"x5.875" bp

Goal size: 8.75"x6" bp

I wouldn’t say it’s the same exercise if you’re are going to pause and pump focusing on girth as you go. I was just adding some input and my experience with an exercise close to it.

Besides I posted that sometime in 2003, so barring a 10 hour search, I doubt you would have found it.

I’ll probably be flamed for suggesting this because I’m sure it’s pretty intense and shouldn’t be attempted by newbies (and I’m basically a newbie) but I’ve found that combining edging and jelqing really can target the head in a big way.

I edge and then jelq and my head pumps up really huge and it’s surface gets kind of grainy, a little like it’s got goosebumps (I call them ‘beavers’ ;) although it might already be an established technique)

As I said I’ll probably get a few posts warning me of the follys of ‘beavering’ but as wadzilla will tell you I am the Evel Knievel of PE (soon to be suspending myself by my dick from London Bridge plus, see the Flying Wallendas cross the grand canyon on my cock) :D

I would say experiment and see what works best. I didn’t hold them for long at all because my main focus was getting the blood to my head as quickly as possible. I might try this out later and we’ll see how it goes.
