Glans Bruising from stretching
As you can read from my “riveting” journal entries, I’m about a week into this whole PE thing going the newbie jelqing routine. The first time I didn’t see any bruising anywhere. The second time was the first time I saw some but solely on the glans. I had always assumed that was from the jelqing. However today I noticed the bruising before my jelqs but after my stretching. Along with some dry skin from the stretching, I’m thinking I’m doing something wrong with the way I’m doing the holds during the stretches.
I’m doing the basic stretches and as far as I can tell I’m doing it just like in the video, with the reverse “OK” grip comparable to the jelq grip. I want to get the right stretch. As far as I can tell the stretch isn’t as much for the penis as it is for the ligaments. Therefore I should be able to grip as far up as necessary to avoid both of these problems, right? In the up-stretch it appears that more grip is used when a second hand is used. I’d be interested to hear from the other members about their thoughts on this.
