Going for gains - 7 month plan
I’m at my breaking point and tired of slow gains.
This week I got a bunch of new toys, and am now in a living situation where long periods of PE are doable. In the past sixth months I’ve made a half inch+ BPEL gain from 5.5” to 6.2 doing hardcore hanging. (2hrs a day plus) Recently I’ve taken a bit of a decon break from hanging, hanging lower weights some days, some days not hanging.
Here will be the routine for the next 7 months, and on July 1st 2008 I will post my stats, hopefully gains.
3 hours per day hanging (actual hang time), rotating the angle from SD/BTC after 3 months to SU/OTS, starting at 10 lbs and increasing the weight when needed.
30 minutes dry jelq daily between hanging sets 10min per set
30 minutes pumping between hanging sets 10 min per set (alternating with the jelqs)
30 minutes clamping 10 min sets when I can get an erection
All day traction wrap (when out of the house)
Wantsmore golf weight stretches in the shower 30 sec hold each direction x2
Bed Fowfers at night
DLD Blasters w/ bundle A stretch (when working on ligs) V stretch (when working on tunica) in the bathroom @ work.
Too much? Maybe.. I haven’t gotten many (much) gains taking it easy with PE, so this Big Girtha/Bib style “balls out” (pardon my french) approach seems like it’s worth a try. Yes, this routine will combine girth work and length work at the same time. I’ve made some OK length gains only doing length work so I figure this is acceptable now.
If I still have a penis by the end of this routine, It’ll hopefully measure 6.5 BPEL 7.5 FSL and 5.0 EG
