Good Length Routine

I have been doing the newbie routine for almost a month. The more threads i read however the more it seems like i should go for length before girth. I am currently doing pumping at the end of my newbie routine. Any suggestions for length would be appreciated.

How about a routine with more emphasis on manual stretching, and/or hanging. Some gain length from jelqing but it seems to be more of a girth excersize. Find out what your LOT is, and work out what angle to focus the stretch on.

I can’t really think of any more, there aren’t as many length excersizes as there are for girth. DLD blasters are meant to be a length excersize, but I don’t know much about them.

Please post, in as much detail as possible, you experience when you test for your LOT. Describe everything your can see and feel clearly.

In particular focus on:

-Head movement.
-Flexing at the base of your unit.
-Intensity of the tugback, and where it is, in the base or in the head.
-When the intensity of the tugback begins to drop off.
-How you are holding your unit, how hard you are pulling and whether you are sitting/standing.

After a month, I’d say look at some of the other non-newbie routines and pick up the pace a bit. Consider hanging if that is an option.

Also, some birth control medications can make your period virtually disappear, you may want to mention that to your Dr. next time :)

When I am performing the lot theory I am standing. I notice the least tugback when i am straight down. I hold my penis with an ok grip. I notice teh tug closer to the base and not the head. When i hold it straight out i notice tug in head and shaft. Same as when I perform straight up.
