gotta jack off before the PE exercise
Hi, Masters;
I’ve tried the jelq exercise before and it didn’t seem to work for me because whenever I touch my dick, I would have a hard on so fast no matter what I do to stop it (it always stays 90 to 100% hard unless I masturbat first). It was a year ago and I stopped doing it after 3 months of trying, but now I am starting to do it again. I’ve never used any kind of supplements. I find that it’s quite IMPOSSIBLE for me to do the jelq or the stretch exercise without jacking off first. I’ve read posts about other people saying that jacking off before the PE exercise is no good but I want to know if I can still increase my length and size by jacking off first before the PE exercises.
