Hi, Masters;

I’ve tried the jelq exercise before and it didn’t seem to work for me because whenever I touch my dick, I would have a hard on so fast no matter what I do to stop it (it always stays 90 to 100% hard unless I masturbat first). It was a year ago and I stopped doing it after 3 months of trying, but now I am starting to do it again. I’ve never used any kind of supplements. I find that it’s quite IMPOSSIBLE for me to do the jelq or the stretch exercise without jacking off first. I’ve read posts about other people saying that jacking off before the PE exercise is no good but I want to know if I can still increase my length and size by jacking off first before the PE exercises.

Do whatever you want when you want. Ejaculation (most of us believe) does not influence gains positively or negatively.

Go for it. No one has proven that it hurts.

No problem. The point is to work on your PE. If you need to ejaculate to continue, then go ahead. Most members would say it doesn’t impede progress. You be the judge of that.

Your penis will adapt to the different sensations given it. It will learn (yes learn) the difference between jelqing and jacking. Be patient with it, up till now, for the most part, it is been used to the jacking part and doesn’t know any different yet. It will learn. Trust me (even if I am a female)

I’d had that problem too when I just started PE a month ago. My penis had since understood that I’m not jerking off and it shouldn’t get all too excited. On the other hand, high erection levels are not all that bad, especially for girth excersises. Now that I’m not so easily excitable by PE anymore, I sometimes need to stimulate myself to get that high erection first…
