Great Gains From Hard Vein/Septum?

I have an extremely hard cord running through the left base of my unit towards the right side of my head. It even goes up 10 cm’s towards the left side of my belly button.

To my surprise this turned out to be a vein (or possibly septum).
My penis is so incredibly stretchable if it wasn’t for that damn vein.. Its like I could easily stretch my penis a couple more Cm’s, but the vein is taking all the force.

My question is.. has anybody actually gained a lot (in length) even though having this damn string of restriction?

Its not a disease, its a vein/septum. For some reason which is unknown to me it is extremely strong and visible at some and the opposite at others.. very weird.

Mondor disease is characterised by a hard prominent vein in the penis, possibly continuing into the lower abdomen
