Grip Pressure
Good evening everyone! Would you be so kind as to tell about the strength with which you use OK grip. Share your personal experience. I have the problem of not growing girth. The only things that expand are my veins. They became quite prominent but I have no pain whatsoever. I do not jelq above 80% erection. I believe that I’ve been using too much pressure. I fear to start clamping because I did not have even initial gains. May be I should do less jelqs? Because I left PE for several month I started again the linear routine. Right now I do 10 min warm up, 3 min stretching, 80 jelqs (40×2) warm up pause between sets 3 min. After jelqing another 10 min of warm up. The grip lasts ~4 sec. I’m asking because it becomes a bit frustrating to do. All this time spending for just bigger veins. I want at least minimal results. I have no problems with getting lenght but I want the bigger girth particularly.
