Hack of a length routine
This is meant to be answered by the good gainers and vets.
Do you think that it is a good routine?
I started and gained 0.5 EL in 2 and a half month . Have not gained since and that bothers me as I just finished 4 months of PE.
I had a reconditioning break for a week and am back now doing this :
3min hot shower with 30 kegels
8min manual stretches
5min BTC stretch 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off pattern
3min V-stretch
200 jelqs
2x15 JAI stretches
3min hot shower
Do you think that there is anything that could make this routine more productive?
Increase in minutes or sets or whatever?
Any tips please?
