XL,
his question about doing PE after sex, only has relevance IF the routine requires a certain level of erection, or he has injured himself during sex. Otherwise, it has no consequences. If the workout ONLY includes stretches, and low level jelq, there are abslutely no consequences of having had “normal” sex that would limit the capability of maintaining the level of erection necessary to execute the exercises. I say “normal” sex, because rough sex can -and in my, case does have- serious consequences, sometimes. For instance, right now I’m on my tenth day of rest because I over-did it during very rough sex.:( Now, I have a trombosed vein that is not the consequence of PE. I’ts the second time this’ happened to me this year, and the third time in my life.
In my case and in my opinion, excesively hard masturbation and/or sex can pose certain degree of strain on the penis that can be worsened by PE. The point is to “listen to your body” (or your dick). If it feels tired and/or sore from sex, don’t over work it with PE. If not, go ahead.
