Hey guys,

New to hanging, I do jelqing, stretches and also pump. I feel though I want to focus mainly on length for now and thought I’d try hanging.

Obviously I’ll start with lower weight etc but looking for opinions on the best starter? I’m not circumcised so something that would be best for that too?

Is a vac hanger better or?

IMO it would by a better and safer decision to go for an extender and if it will not work 4 u then go for more intense-dangerous stuff like hanging

Thanks, I’ve done loads of searching.

I have an extender but it’s horrible to put on. Lots of slipping and also it was slightly too big for me.

I feel like hanging would be similar tension if I was using low weights and safety

extenders have rods… so u can chose the correct length for your size.

for not slipping out of the extender you have to learn how ro baloon the glans before straping.

if u need to hang low weights then the extender front piece is the best hanger.

I’m in the same situation as you. I’m reading about hanging and for me there is only one option it’s LG Hanger. I don’t want to cut my circulation and take the risk for serious injury. Another thing that I think could be better with vacuum is that you stretch all of the shaft and even have the possibility to get a bigger glans from the vacuum. With a clamp hanger I guess you don’t stretch the part of the shaft that is in the “clamp” witch for most guys is 30-50% of the shaft.
The downside with vacuum is the risk for blisters and the possibility for us uncircumcised to grow more foreskin.
I’m going to hang with low weights an take it slow in the beginning.

Only 1 correction here… the vac is NOT making you have bigger glans.
I gained huge glands (almost double my original size) from STRAP extending and STRAP light hanging.
Strap is like clamping… so when I was extending and hanging I was ballooning my glans and immediately strapping.
This resulted in huge glans because the glans were balloned for 4h daily.

Now when we are speaking about heavy hanging…. you should NOT balloon the glans and clamp them because the pressure of the big weights is so big that you will injure the glans for sure.
Thats why one of the hanging rules is “empty the glans complitely of blood and then tighten the hanger.”

What’s strap extending? Do you mean an extender with the strap thing? Traction device?
This is what I have but the problem I have is the foreskin acts as a middle man and slides over the glans and I slip out.

I’m thinking maybe I need one of those latex sleeves to create a hold perhaps

I also have foreskin. I have extended more than 1400h without any prob with latex sleeve.

You pull the foreskin back and at the same time u put the sleeve and BOOM. you are like you have zero foreskin.

And never forget to balloon your glans for zero slippage and glans gaining.

I’ve had good results from sporadic light weight hanging with .5lbs. and light pumping at 5 inHg for 20 minutes every other day.
