Hi,guys. I am hanging since September.

Sometimes with heat, sometimes not.

In January my routine is 50 min hanging with heat pad and 10 min without per day.

In September I started with 300grams.

Now is 950 grams.

Zero results. Just zero.

My BPFSL is 19,5

My BPEL is 18,5

Back then I decided to hang with very low weight and move on very slowly.
I didn’t want to rush.
Also my penis is 5,5 in diameter.
My NBPEL is 15,5 to 16(depends on erection) in centimeter .

Have you tried going heavier? For what I know, low weight hanging gives results if you do it for extended periods of time (+4hrs for weights around 1kg). I grew approximately .5-1cm from hanging 2-3kg an average of 2hrs a day for 1-3 months (can’t be precise, at that time I wasn’t keeping records).

I remember when I first tried to hang two years ago for two months I started with 1kg and when I tried 2 kg I got blisters on my head. Since then with no results I took a break. Back then I also worked for an hour with no heat pad.
But maybe if I try to hang with heavier weights with heat pad and not 1 hour but 2 I will start to gain something.
I will experiment ,thank you for feedback.

Gosha my starting weight is usually 850 grams. I saw another post from you about blisters when vac hanging. Taping your glans is mandatory when using any ‘real’ amount of weight.


BPEL: 5.5" --> 7.9" ; BPFSL: ~5.6" --> 8.5"

I have never tried to use any tape, I will try to find something tomorrow and buy it.

Micropore tape is the recommended tape to use. Others may also work, someone else may chime in with their experience.

Not rushing is good but I still think you are hanging very light. This works for some people but not all. I had to get near 2kg before I noticed any changes.

Once you get your taping sorted out and have that process ready I would strat increasing the weight to see how that helps. There is a good taping video on the total man site, I think it is buried on the product page for his vac hanger.

Since my last post I was hanging with bigger weights.

For last month I was hanging with 2 kg.

One hour per day

50 min heat

10 without

Zero results. This is so disappointing.

I will try to hang two times a day.

Total 2 hours
