Hanging and Jelqing
Bib advises not to hang and jelq due to the risk of developing Peyronies disease and increased injury chance. What are others views on this matter? I want to jelq along with my hanging routine, but if it’s gonna result in a likely injury, then it’s obviously not worth it.. Nevermind developing a crooked unit. I usually hang like 10-15 20 minute sets daily, starting at 20 lbs then finishing around 12.5 lbs or 10 lbs depending on fatigue. Thanks.
