Hanging and Pumping routine - Any tips?

Hi guys, I would like some feedback in a routine I have in mind

I have a little background with PE in the past, I did 4 weeks of jelqing and manual stretching when 16yo, 6 weeks same routine at 19yo, but never really commited, so, most or probably all of the gains were improvance in EQ at that time.

Recently I did some manuals (stretch and v-jelqs) and 6 hours of extending with Phallosan Forte + 5 day on 2 off, from February to April, from then I rest, tried vac hanging and got horrible blood blisters (really bad approach), so quit, but I gained about 0.6” - 0.8”, in length depending on my EQ.

Now I’m coming back, I have figured out how to vac hang safely (tape and double silicon cap), so, I’m back in the game, I have done some test days, but have no started for real.

I’ll be working from home for a few months (I hope), so, I have planned the following routine:

Morning:
- Hanging for 4 hours (max 6 hours) with light weight (splitted into 2 hours sessions) in BTC / SD angles.
- Between each hanging set I will do some manual stretches, probably helicopter stretches.

Afternoon:
- 30 - 100 reverse kegels (I’ll do my way starting with few, and adding up eventually)

Night:
- Pumping in 5 - 7 Hg for 3x5 min sets
- Between each set I’ll do some v-jelqs for about 2:30min

This in a plan of 5 days on 2 days off, maybe in days off some kegels and edging but no more (well, mansturbation is never planned but I’ll wait to rest days)

I have read the thread “hanging with fire” and I’m aware of the strain’s % thing, so I will add heat to my hang and my pump routines.

Any tips into this?

Thank you so much for your help
