Hanging angle question
Hey, guys. I’m uncut and I’ve been hanging from little more than a month and currently I’m doing 8x5.5lbs sets everyday applying the SD angle. I know that BTC is the best angle to start with in order to stretch your ligaments but since I’m uncut, I’m feeling that hanging BTC is giving most of the stress on my skin unlike the SD angle. I’m using the SizeWarrior hanger if that might be useful.. However my question is when should I change the angle, how can I know when its time to do it ? If I go up to lets say 20lbs hanging SD and then decide to change the angle, I guess I will need to lower the weight, right ? If yes, how much, I guess starting from the beginning would not be the best option ? Thanks.
