So I’ve been using the captains wench The Captn’s Wench: PE Device for my hanging routine and I have to say that it’s comfy.

My only problem is that for the past 2 weeks I’ve been hanging in desperate hopes to get length gains but the damn thing keeps sliding down just enough to be about 1\2 a cm above the glands. Now it’s not getting discolored, nothing of that sort. I only bruised myself once when I first did it. Is it ok to do this? Or will something bad happen?

You should read about bib. Do you use a wrap?

You will need to watch out for numbness of the glans. It is not a good idea to let the hanger slips on your glans, you need to fix the problem. With more weight on it will slip further and fall off, potentially causing injury.

I found the Regular Bib Hanger to work best. It’s well worth the money.

I also put the hanger up about half way on my cock so when it comes down my skin acts like a cushion.

I tried the Bib Starter but damn! It applied too much pressure in one spot.

Ya I have read about the bib , but the cost is just ridiculous for me until I find another job (rough economy where I live, been applying everywhere). It’s just a pain because I so wanted to do this hanging stuff and I am only using 2 1\2 lbs to start off. So once I get to like 10-15 it’s gonna be absolutely ridiculous. I may just have to buy the bib once I get the cash.

It’s kind of saddening though because I was getting positive PI’s (hanging down longer throughout the day and etc) but the only downside is that I had a hard time getting an erection today which kinda sucked. What could that be from?

Yeah, what he said! I push all my foreskin ahead when I start my wrap that way the cushion is already there, plus it helps to limit slippage.

I posted a similar response on your injury post —- but after reading this it is a little more clear that you may not be ready for hanging yet. Being only 2 months into PE, I think you are jumping the gun on advanced exercises in order to get rapid gains. Most members would tell you to do the newbie routine for somewhere around 6 months.

The surest way to not gain, is to get injured and be unable to PE.

It might be that your penis is not conditioned, just as much as a poor hanger.

Here’s the deal, the hanger will always slip down NEAR the glans. You don’t want it on it though. I make sure my hanger attachment is 1.5” away from my head when I apply it, and then as I tighten it and slide it down, then apply the weight, it stays in a comfortable place.

Unless Vouzmere is a brother, in which case a pink and happy dick might not be a good thang. :leftie:

You might want to look into Vacuum Hanging, if you are on a budget and are working with that small amount of weight
