hanging question

I was just wondering if hanging is better for someone with a low lot or a high lot. My LOT is 7, but it seems to me that hanging would be much more beneficial than stretching. Would you recommend it, and if so is there a link you could give me that shows how to make one? Thanks.

If you hang with a low LOT, you should do more OTS hanging.
