I think a deconditioning period, where you stop PE for a time, would be a good idea to restart gains.
During my first PE journey I used jelqing, stretching, and clamping, but I reached a point of toughening that nothing I did could cause further expansion and gains stopped completely using those methods and others. This time around I’m avoiding things that cause the penis to become more tough. I had about a decade of not doing PE to allow my penis to recover its flexibility, I don’t know what the minimum amount of time necessary for deconditioning is though.
