Has Kegeling and or edging actually worked for anyone to treat PE
Hi everyone. Let me make this clear this is not one of those does PE really work threads? I believe PE work and that is why I am here and doing PE.
However, as for Kegeling and edging I have seen many people not just here but even on popular websites like askmen.com and menshealth.com talk about kegling and masturbation techniques to improve PE (Premature Ejaculation). There is tremendous evidence just on this forum alone for the amount of people for whom penis enlargement exercises have actually worked and that it’s not just theory. But can we say the same for Kegeling, edging and other masturbation techniques?
I have not really seen posts (apart from 1) actually stating that these techniques work to treat PE or help men last longer. I have seen a lot of theory as to why it should work, and even read cases where kegels actually made people come faster. What I am asking is, where is the evidence beyond theory and that it actually works for most people just like we have for penis enlargement exercises.
This post is not meant to be negative or be skeptical about kegeling or Edging, the purpose is more to actually find out who it has worked for and what it has been that worked for people.
