Have to stop PE jelqing after about 25-30 strokes due to higher erection
Hi all!
I started the newbie PE routine on the 17th of January this year, and I’m having to strugle with keeping erection down to 50-60%. My routine consists of:
1) 10 mins warmup, pouring hot water on cloth around the penis area
2) 3 & half mins manual stretching, bout 30 secs all directions
3) 200 2-3secs jelqs
4) 50 5secs kegel and edging
5) repeat of step 1 but for 5 mins
6) repeat of step 2 stretches
Problem is that after the warmup my beast gets bulky and rough. Looks like I need to apply great strengths to achieve the feeling of proper stretch. I also have to stop jelqing after about 25-30 to 35 strokes for the erection level to drop to a jelquable satisfying size. I have measured and have gained about 0.3 inch conservatively speaking in length and girth.
I think my problem is the starting stats on girth which were quite considerably large around MS 5.3 and BG 5.7
Do you think I should do less jelqing and concentrate on length stretches? It is really getting tough on my fingers to do the milking. Feels like Mr. Terminator could give me a hand with jelqing!
Thanks to fanatical warmup start to finish I ain’t seen no injury. I started with 200 jelqs first month, now I’m on 260 jelq strokes second month of PE.
