Hi all,

I have been doing PE for a little over a month now and have gained in girth but not length (I’ve maybe gained an 1/8 of an inch or so in length, but I didn’t measure very carefully at first.) I want to concentrate on gaining in length as I am pretty much satisfied with my girth for the meantime and the consensus seems to be that it is easier gaining length first. My LOT is around 8:00 and my mentor told me to do BTC stretches until I get down to seven, but I thought it would be useful to stretch in many directions. My problem is that I am having trouble doing higher angle stretches. Here are my questions:

- I’ve heard that stretching the tunica should be felt behind one’s balls. Is this true? For me this is definitely not the case (this may be because I am having trouble relaxing my PC muscle…)
- My main problem with stretching is getting a proper grip. My head is not big, so my skin tends to slid over the glans. I get concerned about squeezing too hard below the head for fear of damaging the dorsal nerve. Any suggestions?
- Are there any jelqing techniques that promote length gains more than girth gains?
- When can I start hanging? All of these problems with manual stretches would be solved if I hung. If I start out slow can hanging be commenced sooner than after a few months of conditioning?

I agree with your mentor in that you should stick to lower-angle stretching in order to exhaust your potential lig gain. I’ve heard that you can toughen up the tunica if it’s worked too much, so it’s better to reserve those gains until your ligs are maxed out.

I’m still on lig-stretching personally so I can’t really help there.

Yes, grip tighter, but make sure the majority of the pressure is being applied to the sides of you dick. I find this is easier to accomplish with an overhand grip. Also, don’t be afraid to let the rest of your hand be in contact with your head, lightly though.

I wouldn’t say “more than”, but yes, the way to make jelqing effect length is by performing it at a lower percent of erection, say 40-50%. Another thing to try is gripping a little tighter towards the end of your stroke - but before your hand reaches your glans - in order to provide more of a stretch.

6 weeks. It’s not really worth it to start any sooner. In a year from now you’ll look back and see that the time you spent conditioning was nothing really (time wise), but very necessary in preping you for hanging. In the meantime, head over to the hanger’s forum and read, read, read. Figure out which hanger is best for you, then read about wrapping, set times, weights, things to look out for and how to prevent them (specifically numbness), and anything else you can find/think of. Once you get started, don’t hesitate to create a thread asking questions or just to let everyone know how you’re progressing.

I don’t know how anyone can be satisfied with their girth. I would always like to be bigger even if I was 20 inches in circumference, haha.
