Nope, several things can affect erection angle that won’t effect LOT, like tunica shape or the weight of your dick.

No I don’t think that a stong kegel would make a difference, except perhaps pay close attention to what is happening when you test LOT, if the base is flexin and the head moves only slightly, call that your LOT (check out the ‘movement of head’ thread for more details of why).

I got lig soreness for a long time, with minimal gains until I changed angle. You’re still putting stress on the area, it’s gain potential which is important.

You’re doing great. Sure, get a good diet and exercise program too it won’t just make more NBPL visible - you’ll also sweat less, have clearer skin, look better naked and feel more confindent. I know, shitty deal, but what can you do?
