A note to finish off this thread, for me anyway.
Heat pad on rest day had practically no effect. Mostly I achieve an erection while in the heat pad and have about 5 minutes of fuller flaccid hang, then back to normal.
Kegels on the other hand, I have started doing 10 sets of 5 seconds squeeze five seconds relaxed 3 times per day for about a week now and my night time and morning erections are really getting strong, and I did not feel as id they were weak before.
Start 9/25/19 - 6 3/4" BPEL -> 11/20/19 - 7" BPEL -> 9/1/20 - 7 1/4" BPEL -> trying to hit anything over 8" BPEL (only updating every 1/4" it's slow but it's working)
