More positive PI's without rest days

I noticed when I don’t take a rest day and PE for 7 days straight, I get a better almost fully consistent large flaccid hang, my EQ is amazing, and my morning erections are always there.

When I do take a rest day however (3 on 1 off), I notice turtling the day after the rest day. That’s pretty much the only negative,PI but I don’t like it -_-, should I be taking a rest day every once in awhile or just go straight?

I think you have the right approach so far. Monitor your PI’s and let THEM guide your routine. Based on them (so far), I’d say you should be PE’ing 7 days straight. But continue to watch them if you make this change. If they then change and become negative PI’s, adjust your routine. Are you on a length based or girth based routine?

I’m currently on the newbie routine doing :
5 min stretching
5 min warm up with rice sock
15 min jelqing
5 min warm down

Every once in a while I will do a fowfer for 15 minutes or so but I haven’t been doing those consistently.

My main goal at the moment is length.

Cool deal man. So yea, if you’re getting awesome PI’s on a routine of that 7 days a week, do it.

You are lucky. I have been getting good PIs, but I am a natural turtler and I have been turtling some.

I have gotten small gains so far, maybe too small to be considered gains or just measurement errors.

About .2 inches in length, and .05 in girth.

Three weeks after I started this 7 day routine I did get some turtling, which is when I stopped for a day and did 2 cycles of 3 on 1 off. For the 3 days I pe’ed my PI’s were all positive, but after that 3rd day(the rest day) I noticed turtling. This happened twice until I went back to 7 day routine about a month and a half ago which I still haven’t seen any negative pi’s with.

Your routine is not brutal by any means but I’m wondering are you getting rock hard erections?

Although those pics are around 3 months old but my EQ has only gotten better.

You’ve found something that works and once you’ve done that you’d be crazy to alter or differ at least until the progress halts.

So continue on doing 7 days a week and monitoring your pi’s you’ll have gained size in next to no time if those pi’s are anything to go by.

Turtling is a very difficult subject, it is seen as “the ultimate PE destroyer” but it needs to be looked at from a positive outlook too.

Fair enough, it MAY be a bad thing - but you can also say that it is your penis healing. It retracts because it is like an injured puppy… Your rest days are exactly that - rest days! If you stretch an elastic band beyond it’s limit without it breaking, it will be stretchier and longer - but it will still go back to it’s original length when not under tension.

Just something to think about. As I have said many times - I always turtled like crazy when I was doing my PE sessions for a couple of years and I gained a real solid inch in length.


Time to measure girth soon... previously 4.5", been targeting girth for months!

It’s a somewhat countradictory topic. What Herbal says makes sense. About EQ, low quality is generally a bad PI, but rock hard erections aren’t necessarily a sign of no overtraining. Actually, there are cases where overwork (expecially too much intensity) gives a mad EQ; I think it is a protective reaction of the body as well : if you damage an area, the body will supply that area with a lot of blood.

So, look at your gains, if you haven’t reasonable gains with this regimen, chances are that you are overworking, making your tissues harder to deform.
