Heating Lamp how to choose

there many types of heating lamp

like IR lamp, ceramic heat lamp, TDP IR lamp, so how to choose the right type of heat lamp, and wattage, newbies like me need this information

Ceramic heater are too loud and TDP lamp way too expensive.

Best bet would be between IR and halogen spacer heaters.

Thanks for the info, so ir lamp is my best choice but its kinda hard to kind in hardwares in my country, also its not available in lazada which is the only online shop in my country, i cant order through ebay or amazon because of lack of requirements

I struggled to find a heating lamp that worked for me, eventually giving up. I found that where I put the lamp was critical. If you get a low power lamp, it needs to be just inches from your penis to do any good, and then it heats only a small area. If you get a high power lamp, it heats a wide area, and you need to protect your legs and balls from the radiation. And it is very critical to put it at exactly the right distance - too close, and you start to burn, too far away, and it doesn’t do any good.

I like a rice sock (old sock, filled with 2 cups of rice, heated in the microwave), but it cools off after 15-20 minutes. I also like an electric hot water bottle. For pumpers, several people have recommended a small electric heating pad that you wrap around the cylinder while you use it.

is there someone tried 150w? i cant find 250w in my place, its hard to find only 100w and 150w is availble also how bad is ceramic heating?

Can you order from Amazon? If I search amazon for “IR heat lamp” there are many choices of bulbs that cost about $10. That’s a pretty high wattage bulb, and it needs a special heat resistant socket.
