Infared Heating Lamp for Continuous Heat?

Hi guys,
I’ve read and been recommended to use constant heat during my routine.
I’ve also read that infared heat sources work better than others and penetrate more deeply into the tissues.
I’m either going to buy a ceramic personal heater or this infared heater:

Does anyone have any input on wether this will work well or is there another model that is more popular amongst PEers.
